In Situ, formerly BWI, has been offering professional home staging services throughout the East Bay since 2010. We are a family owned business and we truly love what we do. We have a strong background in design and our foremost goal is to accentuate the positive features of a home and create a design that will help it stand out from other homes on the market.

Eva Stringfield, is the owner and lead designer of In Situ and she was born and raised in the Bay Area. She was formally trained at San Jose State University where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design. Prior to her career in home staging, Eva spent 8 years working as an interior designer for Gensler, a top-ranked architecture and design firm that is headquartered in San Francisco, CA.
